Indigo Pickles is a pickling and fermenting company run by Lacy Allen. Her travels through India inspired her to create unique and delicious pickles. Lacy uses fresh, organic ingredients directly from her garden when possible. All spices are fair-trade and sourced directly from India.
Indigo Pickles are canned in a commercially licensed kitchen by another local, small, woman-owned business (Cache Canning) to keep it as local as possible.
Zero Waste Ethos
We practice a zero-waste policy in which food scraps are composted or fed to local chickens. All produce is sourced from Lacy’s garden or as local as possible to cut down on emissions. Jars are reused when possible. Packaging is eco-friendly.
